"The apartment was good value for money, nice location and great balcony. We appreciated the air condition in the warm summer and we felt that the place had everything we needed for a short stay!"

"The bathroom was quite humid, smelled a bit mouldy and got very warm when the light was on. When we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was lots of short black hair in the sink. These were small things though, overall we enjoyed our stay and liked the apartment :)"

"Bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation and smell bad and the shower didn’t drain properly. The owner or whoever rules the was a bit too much with the messages sometimes and a bit rude when we left saying that we left the flat made a mess when the flat wasn’t bad other than leaving the bed undone and not taking out a bin bag of rubbish as we thought the cleaner would do that as they do everywhere else you stay."

"Apartament was not very clean, oven probably was not cleaned since been bought ( bits of food still in oven from previous tenants - stinks ) which is very important for people want to cook or reheat food. Price for what it offers way to expensive. Very narrow stairs to get to apartment which is on 3rd floor. Balcony was not cleaned either, a lot of Bird droppings."

"The landlord, Camille, is a lovely young man who understood his responsibilities as a host very well. Whatever problem you have, Camille is there to help. The accommodation lives up to the promise of the photos on Booking.com; I felt at home from the very first minute. I was particularly taken with the balcony. A beautiful sunset on a warm summer evening with a fruity rosé wine - it couldn't be better. The 5th arrondissement in Marseille is a quiet, friendly area that is great to live in. A few minutes from the accommodation, you will find all the stores you need: a supermarket, hairdressers, greengrocers, bakeries, etc. The streetcar (line T1) only takes you one-stop, and you are already in downtown Marseille."

"Hello from Greece! First thing to mention is that the owner speaks English (not standard in France) and you can communicate, The first day the batteries of the remote control of the air condition were finished, but the owner brought us immediately new ones. The second day we wanted to shower and we didn't notice that the water goes slowly down in the drains and so it overflowed from the shower and ran into the bedroom. The problem was that it didn't have mop to collect the water and we collect it with the towels. But the owner is very helpful and I think if we asked, he would have brought us a mop. All in all, the owner is very social and if you ask for help, you get it. The apartment is in 3d floor and you go by stairs. The sofa-bed is big and is comfortable for 2 people. The location is perfect. It is 20 minutes walk for the old port. Also it has a restaurant just outside the apartment, where you can go for food and drink. Thank you Camille!"
